The Ten Stems
Yi (Yin Wood)
(Kinoto / Yi)Symbolizes grass or vines. Flexible, resilient, and highly adaptable.
Yi represents Yin Wood, symbolizing delicate flowers, grass, or creeping vines. Those with a Yi Day Master are incredibly adaptable, cooperative, and gentle in demeanor.
Unlike the rigid Jia tree, Yi grass can survive any storm by simply bending with the wind. They possess immense quiet resilience. They are highly social, excel in networking, and can thrive in almost any environment by wrapping themselves around stronger structures.
Their highly accommodating nature can sometimes make them appear indecisive or overly dependent on others. They can also harbor intense jealousy or clinginess (like a vine strangling a tree) if their emotional needs are not met.
